The Sacred Wilds is a forest therapy practice founded by Hana Lee Goldin, based in San Francisco, California. She is a certified forest bathing guide, trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. She also has her Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University, and has combined this unique skill set to establish The Forest Library.

Hana Lee is also the Editor-in-Chief of Forest Bathing International, an online magazine in partnership with ANFT aimed at bringing together the global forest therapy community.

My life’s dream and life’s work is to bring nature and people together for the healing and betterment of all. When we connect to this land, we connect to ourselves. And when we get to know ourselves, we get to know this Earth. It’s a beautiful circle of reciprocity that only goes deeper and deeper. We cannot take care of something that we don’t know, be it ourselves or this world; I’m so honored to be given the opportunity to make this introduction. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
